This project involves the redevelopment of a disused industrial site in a residential area of Twickenham adjacent to a conservation area. The proposals provide a high proportion of family housing set in a safe and secure environment planned around the creation of new streets and gardens. The project achieves Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes and an excellent HQI rating. The proposals were granted planning approval in July 2010 and are due to complete in February 2012.
