On a compact urban site close to Clapham Common, this project creates a new five storey infill building within the Clapham Conservation Area. Providing a mixture of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed dwellings the scheme is arranged around a central access core with units sized to meet the GLA requirements for new housing standards. As a car free proposal, the scheme reflects its central location and excellent access to public transport facilities.
