Acting as facilitators on this project, AROS assisted the Japanese owner-architect and family to obtain Local Residents’ Association Consent and Planning permission from the Local Authority.
Drawing up the clients’ beautifully clear design concepts and interpreting them into construction methodology for the UK, the project has provided the fully refurbished family home with 40% more living space, focussed upon a wonderful and mature garden setting.
The transparency through the rear of the ground floor projects a very Japanese feel to the residence, enhanced by the clean, detailed lines and quality palette of materials: all painstakingly designed to a top-class finish by the owner.
