In the prominent location overlooking the Five Ways roundabout in Edgbaston, Birmingham, Tricorn House has been revitalized and refurbished to a high standard.
Along with a phased refurbishment of 150,000 sq ft of office space and WC cores AROS have created a new double-height common parts area – by omitting 44 under croft parking bays and enclosing the zone facing reception with 5m high double glazed units. Within the space a new mezzanine floor is suspended to provide quiet meeting areas linked by a glass spiral staircase to complement the breakout facilities and café on ground level.
