The comprehensive refurbishment and re-cladding of 5 Lloyds’ Avenue involved the building being completely stripped back to its concrete frame. Working within retained vertical pre-cast column elements - the new façade provides less vertical emphasis, but also full height glass to the office spaces. Cores with WCs at half landings were remodeled as part of the works with brand new M & E services and lifts.

Arranged over Basement, Ground and Five upper floors (totaling 21,000 sq ft) with an old garage area infilled as retail, the project achieved planning in October 2005 and was completed in August 2006. Retail fit-out completed in May 2008.
